Hello, iam Tejaswi kajuboju, Phd scholar,National Institute of Technology, Warangal(NITW).
MY PROFILE on LONI IS,
Project Accesses: ADNI- Guest (Project-Wide).
Iam troubling in collection of ADNI PASL-MRI images(L-C Pairs, M0 image, T1-MPRAGE). and
how to differentiate like labelled image ,control image from data set.
kindly give the path for how to access those images from IDA-LONI .

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. You should have the ability to search the LONI database with the criteria listed above. Determining the tagging of images, this information is stored in the DICOM image headers. A quick google search show the below for example:
(0018,9255): ASL Slab Orientation
(0018,9256): ASL Mid Slab Position
(0018,9258): ASL Pulse Train Duration
(0018,9259): ASL Crusher Flag
(0018,9251): MR Arterial Spin Labeling Sequence
(0018,9252): ASL Technique Description
(0018,9257): ASL Context
