Where to find the the Study Files records of body height and body mass index (BMI)? I struggle to locate it. I found only body weight records.

The information you're looking for can be found in the vitals table; to locate this table on the IDA, navigate to search and download -> cohort builder on the top menu. From there, use the navigation bar on the far left of the applet to locate the 'medical history' heading. Open that heading by clicking the small arrow next to it, then find the VITALS table in that same side bar and click on the plus sign next to the table in the side bar. From there, navigate to the 'downloads' tab in the applet and open the 'tables' tab within that menu, and the table should be available for download.

You may find the height and weight variables in the VITALS table. If you go to the ARC Builder and then on the left side, click on Medical History and then Physical/Neurological Exams, you will see the VITALS table in the list of tables. If you click the plus next to the table, it will get added to your collections. You can then click the Downloads tab to see the table and then click on "Download" in the row for that table.
