I wish to find a list of dementia patients who had rapid cognitive deterioration. Either during the study or prior to enrolment to the study. Where is it possible for me to find such information about the patients? Many thanks.

You would have to categorize the dementia patients yourself based on available assessment data. There is no ADNI-endorsed categorization of "rapid cognitive deterioration".
