I wanted to check if it’s possible to request MRI data in DICOM format, specifically T1-weighted and T2-weighted images, along with the corresponding radiology reports.

Sebastian - Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
Yes, data can be downloaded from the ADNI database in raw DICOM. Once you have created the collection you wish to download, there is an option to download in the same format as uploaded (DICOM). If you have any questions about downloading the data, we ask that you contact the LONI helpdesk directly at: data.coordinator@loni.usc.edu
