I have not been able to find a technical manual for how the PET acquisitions are standardized after the ADNI3 2016 manual. I am interested to know which standardized reconstructions you are using in newer scanner models (especially considering the introduction of large FOV and regularized reconstructions)

You can download the ADNI-4 PET manual from the ATRI ADNI-4 website. Look in the pull down tabs for -
Study Docs: PET General (study-docs-pet-general)
and download the "ADNI4_PET_Tech_Manual"
Scanner specific reconstruction parameters are in Appendix A.
