A follow up question, would it be possible to request access to those files?
We are looking to develop a methodology that requires that information, and we would be more than happy to follow all required protocols to ensure the data safety of these.

I will inquire with ADNI leadership, but my first reaction is that they would not be available as they are part of the participant's local medical record and would likely require permission from each subject and/or IRB allowing access. I will follow up on this thread once I have confirmed with ADNI leadership.

Diego -- I did confirm with ADNI leadership that local clinical reads are not available through ADNI. Apologies for the inconvenience.
