Question
Question Posted 02/23/25:
Is there a standard for the time interval of collection between the PET data and the resting-state fMRI data? I'd like to know the range of intervals between when the (specifically, FDG) PET images and resting state fMRI data were collected, for the purpose of designing a pipeline for multimodal PET-fMRI fusion.

The ADNI Protocol defines the sequence of events. In an ideal world, the protocol is followed to the letter. The reality is that the schedule is adjusted to fit the needs of participants. In general PET data and MRI data are collected quite close together. The specific dates for all PET and MRI are availble for you to use as you wish
