Hi! Can I identify which participants in the ADNI neuropathology dataset are also included in NACC? Or, is the entire ADNI neuropathology dataset incorporated into NACC?

The NACC dataset indeed contains some participant data from individuals that were dually enrolled in ADNI and an ADRC study and came to autopsy. Not all the ADNI participants are represented within the NACC dataset as not all ADNI participants are dually enrolled in an ADRC. ADNI is aware of this issue and is looking for ways for researchers to cross-link data for individuals that overlap, not just for neuropathology data but other modalities within ADNI as well.
