Hi, I've been trying to find and download DWI scans from the ‘Advanced Image Search’ section of the ADNI repository (as recommended). However, the only modalities available on this page are DTI and MRI and I still could not locate and option anywhere to choose diffusion MRI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide on how to specifically find and access the actual DWI scans.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. ADNI sites do not acquire a specific DWI sequence. Most sites do acquire a full DTI sequence which analysis centers can use to create a DWI Trace and ADC Maps.
