Hi ADNI team,
I wonder why all of 819 ADNI1 participants' SNP data could not be provided. When I downloaded the ADNI1 PLINK format data, It has 757 participants\' SNPs. Would you tell me the reason of the exclusion or How can I found related documents?

Approximately 60 ADNI-1 GWAS samples from 6 sites have been embargoed due to issues related to local site modifications the consent form that may restrict use. This issue has been under detailed study by the Genetics Core and ADNI Sequencing Project Committee. We hope to be able to release many if not all of these genotypes in the future. We will advertise any updates to available genotype data.
