I am working with ADNI T1-weighted MRI data and clinical diagnosis files. For my analysis, I need the diagnosis corresponding to each individual T1 MRI scan (i.e., at the scan acquisition date / image_date).
In the DXSUM file, diagnosis is provided only at visit dates , not at MRI scan dates.
My question is: Is there any official ADNI file or recommended resource that explicitly links individual T1 MRI scans (e.g., image acquisition date) to a visit or diagnosis? Thanks in advance!

Diagnoses are made at clinical visits. MRIs are scheduled close to clinical visits but may not be the same day. Utilizing the diagnosis closest to the MRI (maybe within a predefined window of your choosing) would be appropriate.
