Re ADNI4 MEGRE
- Could you please clarify whether the MEGRE derived SWI images are currently available? I could not find them in derived.
- Are MCH counts based solely on T2*-GRE (from those cases where MEGRE was acquired)?

Thank you for your question the ADNI MRI Core
ADNI MRI does not have the scanners output SWI images as we found that many sites were unable to provide these based on the license/software required for product sequences were developing the protocol.
Correct. MCH counts are solely based on T2*.
