I am trying to process T2* GRE data from ADNI4 to get Chi-Seperation maps. The toolbox I am using has a tukey window parameter which applied a tukey window in k-space to apply vendor-specific blurring (value from 0-0.4, 0 for no blur). I am wondering what blurring parameter is recommended for the vendors used in ADNI4.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. ADNI generally does not make recommendations on blurring kernels. The intention is that the data is being collected for users to investigate and optimize parameters like this as they develop their own pipelines for data analysis.
