Question

Question Posted 03/24/26:
While processing all available ADNI3 ASL scans, we have come across some sites that do not appear to have reported valid multiframe ASL sequences. These are all Philips scanners for which I can provide more details. I cannot put the list here as it will not format nicely. However, the sites I've identified have not to my knowledge, provided LONI with the full 40 frame ASL scans, only the single volume scanner created CBF image. It's confusing b/c the DICOM tag 0028,0008 indicates 40 frames as well, the ImageType tag indicates "original" and not "derived". However, I can confirm that the data is single volume using both dcm2niix as well a pydicom to load the pixel data and checking the dimensions.
