I'm a student researcher looking to start a research project on the effect of reproductive health on alzheimer's incidence and progression. So I was hoping to see the relationship between the Alzheimer's biomarkers/MRI scans and the sex hormone levels (especially the effect of menopause on Alzheimer's progression). So I was wondering if this dataset provides these hormone level counts and also if they have subjects' GWAS data. Thank you!

We recommend contacting the LONI Data Team to determine whether the relevant information is available within the clinical metadata. If so, they can also provide guidance on identifying and curating an appropriate dataset based on your research needs.
