I used the ADNI1 data for my genome-wide association analysis. The data included genotypes (plink files), demographic information (sex, age, diagnosis), and biomarker quantification (CSF YKL40 and CSF pTau181). How can I cite and acknowledge the data? Please let me know as soon as possible.

All papers which use ADNI data must cite ADNI on the author line and manuscripts should be submitted to the ADNI Publications committee prior to submission to journals. All of this is stated in the Data Use Agreement that you signed in order to get the data
