HI, I am using the the MAYO ADIR LAB MRI Findings data on mchs with T2 images. Does phase-encoded data exist for this specific dataset or are there legacy "raw" archives where such data might reside? I am trying to derive the true SWI images.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. Unfortunately for the initial Axial T2 Star 2D exams there is only magnitude images available. However for more recent acquisitions (Axial 3TE T2 Star and Axial 3D MEGRE data) does contain both phase and magnitude images. Those series can be selected using the ARC builder on LONI. We encourage you to please reach out to LONI directly if you need any assistance in creating that collection. data.coordinator@loni.usc.edu
