Hello,
I have a few questions regarding your fMRI data collection (ADNI Study). In the CSV file containing information about the data, the subjects who have longitudinal data (multiple visits) do not exhibit any form of conversion form one disease stage to another when the column \"Group\" is inspected (for example, conversion from CN to MCI). I wanted to ask if there are longitudinal fMRI data available where the subjects show conversion from one disease stage to another.
Also, I wanted to ask what the labels in the column \"Visit\" mean. Specifically, labels such as \"4_init\" and \"y1\", ... .

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. Unfortunately there are no collections already created for subjects that have converted from one stage to another, however I believe that taking the metadata into account and cross referencing that with the fMRI data one could create there own. We encourage you to work with the LONI team directly to build this query. They can be reached at: data.coordinator@loni.usc.edu
