Dear experts,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am currently conducting a study on early prediction of Alzheimer's disease based on blood inflammatory biomarkers and MRI imaging features, using data from the ADNI database.
Fortunately, I found the publicly shared dataset "ADNI_HULAB_14Jan2026.csv" to be of great interest and relevance to our work. In the course of my analysis, and carefully checking "CSF inflammatory proteins Methods - Hu Lab,", I noticed that it only includes the RID field. To proceed with my analysis, I need the corresponding PTID in order to match the data with the imaging records in the ADNI imaging database.
I fully understand the complexities involved in data sharing and hold your team's research in high regard. I would therefore like to kindly inquire: if circumstances and relevant policies permit, would it be possible for you to provide the PTID corresponding to the subjects in the dataset? Alternatively, could you kindly advise me on whether there is any other official channel through which I might obtain this information?
I assure you that any information obtained will be used solely for academic research purposes, and I will strictly comply with the ADNI data use agreement.

One option is to download the REGISTRY file which contains both RID and PTID.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
To confirm the RID or Research ID is subset of the full PTID.
RID is a unique numeric identifier assigned to a study participant.
Example: 1234
As PTID or Participant ID. Contains participant identifier that includes the study site and subject information.
Example: 123_S_1234
I believe that LONI can assist in creating a collection for you using RIDs, which will also contain the PTID. We encourage you to work directly with LONI for assistance. They can be reached at: data.coordinator@loni.usc.edu
