I would like to ask a question regarding ADNI4 MRI QC.
In Download → Study Files → Imaging → MR Image Quality, the current comprehensive download contains MRIQC, whose schema has acquisition metadata but no quality/chosen field, and MAYOADIRL_MRI_QUALITY_ADNI3, which does not cover our ADNI4 candidate-phase T1 series. The ADNI MRI QC page and FAQ state that per-series QC and the ADNI4 chosen series are available on LONI. May I ask which current table, ARC variable, image-search filter, or download contains ADNI4 SERIES_QUALITY and chosen-series identifiers?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
For ADNI4 MRI QC, to avoid redundancy series don't appear in ARC Builder unless they pass QC AND are chosen, which is why they are not visible.
