I am writing to request clarification regarding several MRI-derived variables in the ADNI dataset. We are currently addressing reviewer comments for a manuscript using ADNI data and would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Specifically, could you please clarify the definitions and units of the following variables?
MidTemp_bl
Fusiform_bl
Entorhinal_bl
Could you confirm what these measurements represent, for example, cortical thickness, regional volume, or another MRI-derived metric, and their corresponding units?
Any official documentation or references describing these variables would also be very helpful.
