Hi,
I note that prospective motion correction has been applied for the rsfMRI series. I wonder if there is any way I can reconstruct the movement regressors to enter them as nuisance variables in my model. As motion was prospectively corrected I am unlikely to get a meaningful output from my post-hoc volume-to-volume realignment, but maybe the scanner saved the prospective motion correction parameters somewhere? Do I need to dig this out from the DICOM header, if at all possible, or is there a better way?

We have checked with Philips and they have provided us with the information below:
The motion data are stored in the private DICOM tags:
The rotations and translations are stored in the private dicom header.
Prospective 2001, 10F1 6 floats; 3 x rotation, 3 x translation. Units: degrees, mm
Retrospective 2001, 10F0/2 6 floats; 3 x rotation, 3 x translation. Units: degrees, mm
