Question
Question Posted 06/11/14:
Participant S_031_S_4005 is listed in the DXSUM_PDXCONV_ADNIALL.csv file as having converted from MCI to dementia on 4/30/2012 (EXAMDATE). However, in the LONI image archive the same participant is listed as having an MMSE of 30 on 4/12/2012 and an MMSE of 29 one year later on 4/18/2013.
With such a high MMSE, how do we know that this particular participant converted? What data were used to make the decision?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Diagnostic change is based on the clinician's assessment. The score on Global CDR supports a change in diagnosis.
