Dear ADNI Genetics Core,
I was wondering what build have been used for the GWAS plink files?
Further, I noticed a new addition to the ADNI genetic data, namely, AD Challenge Genetic Data. I was wondering if this is the merged imputed ADNI for ADNI1 and ADNI2/GO?
Any help or documentations would be greatly appreciated.

ADNI-1 GWAS data are based on genome build 36 and ADNI-GO/2 and WGS GWAS data are based on genome build 37.
Regarding the AD Challenge Genetic Data, we have no information about the data now. So, you may need to directly contact who posted the data.
