Dear Sir,
I am a PhD student in computer science. I need MD images which are already coregistred with their corresponding structural MRIs.
I have recently downloaded the MD and FA maps from the DTI data. As I am not professional in DTI data preproccessing I would like to know if the FA and MD maps are yet registred with the anatomical one ? The image that I have downloaded are named like : "ADNI_003_S_4136_MR_corrected_FA_image_Br_20120421204050825_S118504_I299599".

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

After checking with the DTI analysis group at USC, it turns out in fact they have been elastically registered to their T1 images for EPI distortion correction purposes.
