The ADNI WGS Notice (2013.09.17) document states that "Continued quality control, including experiments to compare these sequences with re-aligned and re-called sequences using Broad pipelines, are being conducted and will be shared here and with users when completed."
Could you please tell me if this is still an objective, and in this case give me and indication of when the process is expected to be completed?
