Question Posted 12/11/14:
Hello,
I'm a research assistant at the lab of Dr Jigar Jogia's group, where we will be looking at the changes in MRI data across different conditions, including medications. My problem is that although I have downloaded the medications data, I cannot correlate the patient ID to the MRI data's ID. Is there any way that I can correlate the information on both databases?
Thank you,
Eleftheria

Hi Eleftheria,
You may use the Roster table, in the Enrollment category in Download Study Data.
Compare the PTID (patient_id) and the RID (MRI data's ID).
