The vcf file (ADNI WGS GATK) for chr 9 unloaded in this website does not contain vcf for chr9 but "ADNI.808_indiv.minGQ_21.pass.ADNI_ID.tar"
This file does not have any lines inside.
Could you check the vcf file of chr 9 for ADNI WGS GATK?

The WGS GATK processed vcf files have been replaced. Please download the new set.
