My research lab has not had to process MRI scans before, and after doing a lot of research I could only find brain extraction programs that required knowledge of coding. I was wondering if you have any knowledge of a program that we could use to process ADNI MRI images that does not require coding?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

Although, ADNI has no specific recommended method, there are multiple freely available brain extraction tools such as SPM, FSL, and free surfer.
