My questions are related to pre-processing fMRI data. Do we need each individual T1 image to pre-process each fMRI (DICOM) file? Are you aware of any study that has pre-processed the ADNI's fMRI and made it accessible?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
To the best of our knowledge no one has made pre-processed fMRI data public.
As for the T1, it is not required that you have each T1 image available to process fMRI files, however most users use them to overlay the processed fMRI files back onto the structural images.
