My question is about Gene Expression data.
When I read its description pdf file, it seems like RNA expression level. And, I searched for the chip in the affymetrix web page. My quick question is the gene expression data was from microarray chips or from some chips for RNA-seq. If the latter is correct, then could I apply for its bam files?

These data are Affymetrix expression arrays.

ADNI RNA data is from Affimetrix U219 microarray chip.
