For the hippocampal volumes calculated by the FreeSurfer software, do you also calculate age- and sex-adjusted percentiles for participant hippocampal volume relative to cognitively-normal controls? Does ADNI include any hippocampal volumetry with age- and sex-adjusted percentages? Thank you.

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
After checking with the researchers at UCSF who perfromed this analysis they notified us that they do not provide age- and gender- adjusted percentiles for FreeSurfer volumetric data.
