Question
Question Posted 07/10/15:
Dear experts, I could not find any information about the extact number of resting-state data available for AD and CN (I understood that only Philips scans have resting-state acquisition (I mean EPI)). Could you please provide me this information?
Best regards,
Daniele

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
You are correct. All ADNI2 fMRI data has been collected on Philips MRI systems. The QC for that data can be found here:
https://ida.loni.usc.edu/pages/access/studyData.jsp?categoryId=14
Under the tab:
Mayo (Jack Lab) - Default Mode Network Connectivity [ADNIGO,2]
This should be a through list of subjects through May of 2015. A new list will be posted around 8/1.
You can also contact LONI's help desk and ask them to assist you in performing a query of their database filter for only fMRI scans.
Thanks
