Hello,

The FDG-PET images are consisted of 6-5 minute frames. I want to know the order or sequence of six frames. Would you please let me know how can I find it? This is an example for one subject:

There are known problems with downloading LONI files in nifti format in regard to the frame timing information. You can download the files in the native format, which always have the correct frame header information. All "pre-processed" files are in DICOM format. Raw files can be in DICOM, CTI (older ECAT PET-only systems), or Interfile format (HRRT scanners).
