Question
Question Posted 08/14/15:
My colleagues and I have recently downloaded the ADNIgo/2 GWAS data from LONI IDA. We were missing data from 70 subjects but were told that data should be available for those subjects. Would it be possible for someone to help us find out if we missed these subjects while pulling SNP data or if their CSV files are in fact on LONI?

You can find the genotyping data of these subjects as follows.
1. Go to Genetic Data tab
2. Click ADNI WGS + Omni2.5M
3. Select ADNI Omni2.5M microarray SNP data
Thanks
