Dear Sir and Madam,

I am working on ADNI GWAS data now. As I noticed, there is only SNPs information in the dataset. I am wondering if there is a way for me to get the genome reference sequence? Thank you so much for your time. I am looking forward to your reply.

There are 810 ADNI individuals who have GWAS and whole genome sequencing data. Except these individuals, I don't know how to get the genome reference sequence.
