i have problems when trying to download the data (data collections/ather data collections/adni ...); when i push the download button, an empty window pops out (i suppose the when to start downloading) and nothing happens after that

Please verify your java plugin is active and up to date. You can use this link: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed8.jsp
Also, please remember that IDA downloads will not work on Chrome.
