Question
Question Posted 09/27/16:
Dear ADNI MRI Core,
We are PIT group from Hungary and we are trying to analyze the structure of the brain using brain-graphs. To build these brain-graphs (using Connectome Mapper Toolkit) we would need T1, T2 and DTI Images. We read through previous Q&A's, and found that it is possible (http://adni.loni.usc.edu/support/experts-knowledge-base/question/?QID=353), but we could not find the necessary files. Could you please point us to the right direction?
Thanks,
Bálint Varga

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
Not all subjects will have all those scans. DTI scans were only obtained on subjects that were scanned on GE scanners. T2 FAT SAT weighted scans were added about 1/2 through ADNI2.
I believe you are able to search to the LONI database with your above criteria and find subjects that will fill your needs. For questions on how to do this, please contact LONI directly at: dba@loni.usc.edu
Thank you
