Dear ADNI experts,
I have downloaded the post-processing FDG PET data. I think that they have be normalized, including intensity and spatial. My question is about the intensity normalization, which method did you use to do the intensity normalization, the global mean of a volume image or a specific region?

Please contact Kewei Chen and Eric Reiman at the Banner Alzheimer's Institute to ask them about the intensity normalization of the FDG PET post-processed images
