Question
Question Posted 06/16/17:
Hi,
I'd like to seek your expertise in viewing PET image files for ADNI2 subjects. Using advanced search to look for subjects in ADNI2 phase with PET data, I get ~359 non-unique subjects. Downloading image files for one subject I see ~539 dcm files. Could you please help me understand what each file represents, and how to view the files in batch?
Thanks
Sharvari

Please refer to the PET pre-processing steps for more information about available PET images:

There is also more information about PET images here:

Finally, refer to the CSV files available for download with PET metadata. These files are in Download --> Study Data--> Imaging --> PET Image Quality/ Acquisition/Analysis
