Dear ADNI MRI Core Team,
We are looking to adapt ADNI 3 protocol for our Philips scanner. Would it be possible to get a copy of the exam card for Philips R5 for: a) structural scans; b) EPI sequences; and c) diffusion tables for DTI sequences (the exam card is available online)?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core. Unfortunately we are not able to provide non ADNI sites electronic versions of the protocol. We would suggest that you use the paper version of the protocol located here: http://adni.loni.usc.edu/methods/documents/mri-protocols/
