Question
Question Posted 11/06/17:
Hi,
In TAUMETA3.csv, we only have access to VISCODE, which is reset to "init" or "sc" for all subjects, including the ones who already had an AV1451 before. For example 135_S_4356 had 2 AV1451 scans in ADNI2, with VISCODE2 m48 and m60, but its follow-up scan in ADNI3 has the VISCODE "init".
Would it be possible to add back VISCODE2 to TAUMETA3.csv to help with matching longitudinal scans?
This would also make it consistent with MRI3META.csv which has both VISCODE and VISCODE2.
Thanks

Thank you for bringing that to our attention. VISCODE2 has been incorporated into the dataset. Please re-download at your convenience.
