Question Posted 10/30/13:
Hi,
How may I locate all (MCI, EMCI, LMCI) patients who had an initial MRI scan as well as follow-up scans at 24months and/or later across all ADNI cohorts, please?
Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
For ADNI-1 subjects, you can refer to our standardized lists, which include the m24 or later scans (and since those collections already exist, you are able to retrieve full set. These lists are available for download through the Study Data page. The collections are available through the IDA on LONI.
For ADNI-GO/2, the standardized subjects lists are still be vetted. In the meantime, if you are trying to identify individuals, you will need to make use of a couple of files: MPRAGEMETA.csv (if interested in MPRAGE/SPGR processed images), IDA_MR_Metadata_Listing.csv (if interested in other MRI sequences, though that is more complicated to search given the variability in sequence descriptions), and DXSUM_PDXCONV_ADNIALL.csv for diagnosis information.
For images, you can use the advanced search function in the IDA on LONI, under advanced search, there is the ability to search by dx.
