The ADNI Genetics Core has released a second batch of GWAS data for 361 additional ADNIGO/2 subjects.  These data sets are now available from the ADNI repository download section.  As in the previous release, due to the large volume of data, the individual subject files have been compressed into a set of 6 zip files.  These may be found under the Genetics Download section and are named:

ADNI GO/2 SNP genotype data – set 12 of 15
 ADNI GO/2 SNP genotype data – set 13 of 15

 ADNI GO/2 SNP genotype data – set 15 of 15

An updated complete PLINK file of all ADNIGO/2 GWAS data will be provided by the Genetics Core in future, however the release date for the PLINK file is not currently known.
