Hello,
How do the subject ID labels in the Plink files for ADNI1/2/GO relate to the subject IDs (i.e., ID, RID) in the file 'DXSUM_PDXCONV_ANDIALL.csv'? These labels don't match up directly. I'm trying to extract diagnostic labels from the csv file (i.e., cognitively normal, MCI, AD) to create a phenotype file in the standard Plink format for a GWAS.
Any help is much appreciated.

The last four digits should match between these files.
