Hello,

Thank you very much for the incredible work that your team does with ADNI. My question relates to the APOE4 data in ADNI3. The majority of patients in ADNI3 do not seem to have information about APOE4. Is this the case, or is it in a different spreadsheet?

If the subjects are not currently genotyped, is there a plan to have them genotyped in the future?

Genotyping is done in batches and the initial set of ADNI3 APOE results are pending. GWAS for ADNI3 will be performed in larger batches at a later date.
