I've downloaded the genetic data in ADNI1, only including the .PLINK format. I wonder why the number of subjects in .PLINK file is 757 but not 818 and which procedures it had been processed.
In addition, I found that the genetic document in ADNI1 cannot detail the dataset. I feel confused about the dataset. Is there any instruction for the .PLINK file?

1. The ADNI1 participants with consent issues were removed.

1. Could you please provide a list of Caucasians in ADNI1? I failed to find such information in .PLINK file.

There are approaches to choose Caucasians from ADNI1:
1. using GWAS genotype data: please do literature searching to learn the approach.
2. using the demographic information: please download the information from the ADNI LONI data repository.
