Dear experts,
I am analyzing the rsfMRI from ADNI2 and ADNI3. I am able to find the slice order records for ADNI2 data but not for ADNI3 data. The ADNI3 manual said it's "even/odd interleave". Does it mean the slice order is "2 4 8 ...; 1 3 5..." for all the ADNI3 fMRI data?

Yes, that is what it means. The ADNI3 fMRI QC data will be uploaded very soon and that will include the slice ordering as well.
