I noticed that there is no fieldmap images in the GE scans, however, it was said in the MRI protocol that fieldmaps were obtained from every subject. Is there a way to obtain the phase and magnitude images with the data available for those subjects or will the fieldmap images from GE scans be uploaded later?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
There are no field map sequences acquired on GE scanners. GE does not currently offer a product version of the Field Mapping sequence so none are included in any of the ADNI the ADNI GE protocols. We are hoping that something becomes available commercially soon and will include them whenever available.
