Question

Question Posted 10/06/19:
Dear team,

Good Day

I am using MRI and PET images for ADNI for my research. I have trouble finding the MRI/PET images of the same subject under different categories. I have identified the patients who have transitioned from Normal to MCI, Normal to AD, and MCI to AD from the diagnostic summary CSV file. For example, the subject ID, " 023_S_0078" transitioned from MCI to AD. I am looking for MRI and PET images when the patient is in both MCI and AD conditions. I have found the images in MCI, but not in AD. Please help me. Tha

Regards
Emimal
Response posted 10/14/19 by Monica:
Please refer to the study protocols for schedules of events, which will help to clarify imaging availability for subjects. For example, the ADNI 1 Clinical Protocol states that 'Shortly after the baseline visit,
25% of the subjects in each cohort will undergo a 3T MRI scan while 50% will undergo an
FDG PET scan'. The study protocols can be found in the DOCUMENTS section of the ADNI website.
